MANAGEMENT BACKGROUND
Michael Tsotetsie has been a police Reservist for more than 10 years. He has undergone training like SWAT, Tonfa, shot gun, hand gun, rifle, drilling doing patrol and crime prevention.
In 2013 he has obtained a senior Security certificate, Grade A at Mayibuye Security Training. He joined CPF from 1991 up until 2015; he is now a chairperson of Sub-sector 12, striving in keeping safety in our community. He has also worked at SAPS Crime Prevention in Thabong as a Reservist Sergeant attending Complains and road blocks. 
 
Lydia Tsotetsie has a security senior certificate Grade B with Mayibuye Security training in 2013. She has more than 5 year experience in administration, computer Literacy, Filling Typing, answering phone,  payroll, supervision, planning, is monitoring the smooth operation of field workers to get the result that will satisfy our clients because our clients are the heart of our business. She is currently busy with Diploma in Human Resource Management. 
 
OUR WORKFORCE
Our Security Officers are properly screened, carefully selected and are registered at the security officers board before recruitment. Training is locally conducted and security officers are frequently evaluated by management to ensure continuity in work place and to keep everyone alert. They are also well motivated and get justly rewarded for any positive actions or feedback that we receive. 
 The management adopts hands on philosophy to ensure that each security officer knows what is expected of him and that you as the client are kept well informed of incidents and situations concerning your security situation because we work with the human factor, we kept our security officers under constant surveillance and can any short notice changes, should that be the requirement.
